The company at this time was also taking the lead in research and development work in the specific area of wing in ground effects, taken from various projects at Cranfield and Oxford University in the UK during the early 90's.

In the early part of 1997 the company, with it's specialist skills in virtual reality (VR) and I-GRIP now (Deneb) became involved in various projects modelling virtual environments and environmental handling systems for the safe operation of remote vehicles and manipulators such as the SNAKES and HDM's in hazardous environments, picking up further contracts in 1998 with McDonald Douglass investigating low speed airflow characteristics of the F-18 Hornet and in 1999 further contracts for Nuclear Engineering, Project Management & Consultancy with other companies and organisations such as the UK Ministry of Defence, Racal, MAGNOX, British Nuclear Fuels Limited, CDG Airport (France), Mercedes Bens and Honda.

Although the primary area for ABGI is in Engineering Solutions*, the company in 2002 increased it’s portfolio by forming a Training School, Travel Company and Media Group, which has areas in 3d Virtual Reality video productions of Engineering and Construction Projects and also includes a fashion & model agency which is now operated by a separate division.
